“We have detected an entirely new de Broglie wave on Earth. Its period and phase are the same as humans， but its amplitude is 10 times that of humans. This means that it exists in the opposite form to humans， but has a far superior grasp of the rules of physics - we all agree that it is our 'ghost'. It should be a gaseous creature， can change the structure of space to move freely， the extreme speed of motion may be close to the speed of light.”正在滔滔不绝的是PFA信息部的观察员——佩卡·拉格布罗姆。
（翻译：我们在地球上检测到了一种全新的德布罗意波。它的周期和相位均与人类的相同但振幅却是人类的10倍。这说明它的存在形式与人类完全相反，但是它对物理规则的掌握上却远超过人类——我们一致认为它是我们的‘鬼’。它应该是气态的生物，可以通过改变空间的结构来自由移动，极限运动速度恐怕可以接近光速。）
“Cabin 10 lost power shortly after we detected the ghost. I think a ghost did this.”信息部部长金·韦伯补充道。
（翻译：在我们检测到鬼不久，十号舱就失去了电力供给。我认为此事正是由鬼所为。）
PFA的会长左平虽然只是一个不过20多岁的中国青年，但他的心智却远非常人所能比。标准的英语从其口中吐出：“In fact， it's not just cabin 10 that has lost power. The entire station lost power at that point.”
（翻译：事实上，失去电力供给的并不是只有十号舱。那个时候整个空间站都失去了电力供给。）
“What?!”韦伯面露震惊之色。
（翻译：什么？！）
武装部的副部长安菲娅是一个软萌可爱的俄罗斯少女。虽然如此，却没有人敢怀疑她的能力——六年前病毒大爆发的时候，俄罗斯能成为最后沦陷的国家靠的就是这个少女的铁腕。至今俄罗斯仍然存在着能跟PFA联系上的地下部队，也要归功于这个女孩。
“That's right. I saw the Dream Broken fighting the Ghost in Hatch 3.”安菲娅的英语发音略显笨拙——毕竟她是在来到PFA之后才开始学的英语——但终归还是能听得懂的，“I think it should be possible now to consider Dream Broken as our friends.”
（翻译：是的。我在三号舱里看到了梦已碎成员和鬼的战斗。我觉得现在应该已经可以认为梦已碎是我们的朋友了。）
“How did you know who those people were?”会长质疑道。整个PFA里能让这个女孩心悦诚服的就只有他，并非是因为他这个会长的身份，而是因为很早之前安菲娅曾向他决斗过，结果却是连一招都没过就被彻底制服。
（翻译：你是如何知道那些人的身份的？）
“A ghost's body is gaseous， free to scatter and regroup. The rest of the body has a‘broken’ logo.”安菲娅答道。
（翻译：鬼的身体是气态的，可以自由地散开和重组。而其他人的身上都带有‘已碎’的标识。）
“Don't jump to conclusions.”左平淡淡地说，“Is there anything else to report?”
（翻译：不要妄下结论。还有其他的事情要汇报吗？）
技术部部长藤野宏纪上前说道，声音里难掩激动：“We've broken through controlled fusion!”
